Search date 28 September 2026. A community is listed only when a charger was reported on that property: a garage, a resident lot, or a community lot. A Supercharger, hotel stall, office garage, or retail charger down the street is not included.
Almost every confirmed stall is shared J1772 Level 2. Current U.S. Teslas have a NACS inlet, so a J1772 apartment stall needs the adapter that ships with the car. None of these pins are Superchargers or DC fast chargers. Plug the NACS handle when the site has one.
Hourly fees are the expensive surprise. Blink often bills a parking rate the whole time the car is plugged in. At $1.50–$5 per hour, leaving a Tesla overnight can cost more than the electricity. Ask what happens after the car reaches the charge limit.
Confirmed means a station pin, a directory card, an owner-named network, an operator writeup, or a map snippet. Claim means the owner or manager says chargers are on site and no pin was matched. Listing means an Apartments.com or similar badge only. Do not lease on a listing tag.
The Tesla shortlist is the native NACS site, the Tesla Destination sites, and the assigned-stall notes (including claims). A reserved space is the closest thing here to charging at home. Two shared ports at a 300-unit building is a weak only-car plan.
Before you sign, ask three things: is the stall resident-only, can one be assigned overnight, and what happens after the charge limit. Open ChargePoint, Blink, or the Tesla app the week you tour. Garage concrete can block the cell signal the app needs.
